Join us, 81 Bay Brewing Company, Tampa Bay Waterkeeper, Keep Tampa Bay Beautiful and OMG Trolley Company for a do-good Sunday to clean up Gandy Beach right next to the brewery.
Meet at 81Bay @ 9am on Sunday, Nov. 18, where OMG Trolley Company will provide a shuttle for volunteers to Gandy Beach.
Then we plog - what is plogging? Picking up trash while jogging! Or you can walk, stroll or skip. Keep Tampa Bay Beautiful will provide gloves and bags for everyone and we'll have kegs of water on board the trolley for you to refill your reusable water bottles (so bring those please!)
Tampa Bay Waterkeeper will be with us and if you haven't met this crew - you're going to love them. They're dedicated to ensuring fishable, swimmable and drinkable water for all. Doughbie Brothers Pizza Co will be on site when we get back so you can reward yourself with some wood fired pizza pie plus we're slinging pints and serving $15 bottomless mimosas. Or you can just head home, totally up to you!
