About Hands Across the Sand

Join hands with your neighbors, coworkers, friends, and family and say NO TO FUTURE OFFSHORE OIL DRILLING OR FRACKING IN FLORIDA!

People around the world are joining hands to draw a literal line in the sand to show our resolve against oil rigs in our waters. After we hold hands join us for the paddle out! Bring your surfboard, paddleboard, boogeyboard, or other floatable device and let's paddle out to peacefully protest offshore drilling and fracking in our waters. Do you have more than one board? Bring your extras and a friend!

We'll use aerial photography to capture this powerful message on the sand AND in the Gulf. Trust us, you want to be part of this photo.
